During this class, we will investigate reasons why mastitis, clogs, & pain happen along with solutions to get you feeling better. This class is in person at our Minnetonka location & will not be recorded. Limited spots are available!

This class will be unique & very individualized for those who attend as the goal will be to create a "back-to-work-plan" for you including a pumping/breastfeeding scheduling, ideas for milk storage, nutritional support, sleep rhythms, & overall encouragement as you make the transition from maternity leave to an equally as amazing working mom!
